Terms & Conditions
Please book in advance and advise us if you wish to redeem loyalty points or gift vouchers to allow sufficient time for booking confirmation.
Cancellation Policy:
We kindly request that any cancellations or rescheduling be made at least 3 hours before your appointment time. Late cancellations, no-shows, or failure to attend may incur a 100% charge, as your appointment time has been reserved specifically for you and may prevent us from accommodating other clients.
Loyalty Points
* Loyalty points are non-transferable and cannot be shared between customers.
* Loyalty points cannot be exchanged for cash.
* Loyalty points are not valid in conjunction with discounts, promotions, special offers, or promotional rates.
* The management reserves the right to modify or discontinue the loyalty program without prior notice.
Gift Voucher Policy
* Gift vouchers must be presented before treatment.
* Please provide the gift voucher code at the time of booking for verification purposes.
* Gift vouchers are non-refundable, non-transferable, and cannot be redeemed for cash.
* Gift vouchers are valid for one-time use only. Any remaining balance will be forfeited and cannot be redeemed for cash, split across multiple visits, or carried forward.
* An additional $10 surcharge applies to all gift voucher redemptions on Public Holidays.
* Gift vouchers do not have an expiry date. * Lost, stolen, damaged, altered, or copied gift vouchers cannot be replaced or refunded.
Health & Treatment
Please inform us of any medical conditions, injuries, allergies, pregnancy, or health concerns before treatment and payment. If you are dissatisfied with the treatment, please notify your therapist within the first 15 minutes of your session. We will do our best to resolve the issue and may offer a full refund at management's discretion.
Arrival Time:
Please arrive at least 10 minutes before your appointment time to enjoy the full duration of your treatment. If you arrive late, your treatment time may be shortened to avoid delays for subsequent bookings. We may not be able to extend your session due to back-to-back appointments.
